• •- Distribute spam, unsolicited content, or malicious software
• •- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• •- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• •- Share personal contact information of other users
• •- Submit plagiarized or stolen content as original work
• •- Manipulate voting systems or contest results
• •- Use automated tools to interact with the platform

4. CONTENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• •- By posting content, you grant Versiviva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• • • Use your content for promotional purposes (with attribution)
• • • Modify content for technical purposes (formatting, compression)
• • • Create derivative works for platform features
• •- You represent that you own or have rights to all content you submit
• •- You are solely responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe others' rights
• •- Versiviva reserves the right to remove any content violating these terms
• •- Contest entries may be used for promotional purposes
• •- Users can request content deletion at any time

5. CONTENT MODERATION

6. PRIVACY
