Versiviva End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Versiviva application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• You may only have one user account
• You must provide accurate and current information

3. USER CONDUCT

• Users agree NOT to:
• - Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• - Engage in harassment or bullying
• - Share explicit or sexually suggestive material
• - Violate intellectual property rights
• - Use the App for illegal activities
• - Impersonate other users
• - Distribute spam or unsolicited content

4. CONTENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Users retain ownership of their original content
• - By posting content, you grant Versiviva a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute
• - Versiviva reserves the right to remove any content violating these terms
• - Users are solely responsible for their posted content

5. CONTENT MODERATION

• Versiviva employs content moderation strategies:
• - User reporting mechanisms
• - Manual content review
• - Potential account suspension for repeated violations

6. PRIVACY

• - Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy
• - Users can request account deletion at any time
• - We collect minimal necessary information

7. USER INTERACTIONS

• - Respect other users
• - Do not share personal contact information
• - Report inappropriate behavior

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• - App design and code are property of Versiviva
• - Users may not reverse engineer or reproduce the App
• - Trademarks and logos are protected

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• - Versiviva's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the App in the past 12 months
• - If no payment has been made, liability is limited to $0
• - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• - This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, etc.)

10. TERMINATION

• Versiviva reserves the right to:
• - Suspend or terminate accounts
• - Refuse service
• - Modify or discontinue the App
• - Change these terms with notice
